Die! Heroes!!
Die! Heroes!! is a teeny tiny tale about taking revenge on the adventuring heroes and dragons that try to use you and your goblin friends as fodder. The first level lets you experience the world, with obstacles and enemies... until you obtain all powerful GOBLIN MODE!
This game was developed in GB Studio by three friends, Jenica Woitowicz, Justin CE Penner, and Andrea Froom for the PegJam 2026 game jam. Message one of us and we can get you an export of the game that can be played on a GameBoy Color or emulator!
The best way to play this game is on your phone, so that you use the emulator gameboy controls.
The controls for the game on a desktop pc/mac are:
WASD for movement, CTRL/CMD for B button, ALT/OPT for A buttons

Great work! Music is incredibly impressive for the Game Boy sound chip, who did it?
I did a couple of little tunes, on the title/intro scene and the final scene, but you're probably thinking of the AWESOME sample music that Richard Ziegler (Rulz) provides on GB Studio! His stuff is mindblowing

Goblin mode was a very funny adventure! The music slapped, and the sprites are very cute. I enjoyed the nostalgia of playing on a GameBoy emulator!
